A non-commercial, non-profit initiative to introduce China's medical institutions to the West.

MedCircle.ai is published by the Canadian Health International Advancement Society (CHIAS), a BC-registered non-profit. Its mission on this site is narrow and specific: to introduce major Chinese academic medical centers to Western readers — patients, family members, referring clinicians, researchers, and the broader public — using formats and conventions that a Western, English-language audience recognizes and trusts (structured institutional profiles and named, checkable sources).

This site performs no commercial function. It does not sell services, generate leads, process payments, or broker referrals. It is purely descriptive: a reference work, not a marketing channel. CHIAS separately operates a non-profit cross-border second-opinion program at clinicalaccess.care; that is a distinct site with its own scope, and nothing on MedCircle.ai implies that any hospital or physician profiled here has partnered with, endorsed, or authorized that program.
