医院概况 Overview
中国康复研究中心(北京博爱医院)成立于1988年,是中国第一家以康复为特色、集康复、医疗、教学、科研、工伤预防为一体的大型三级甲等综合性康复机构,隶属中国残疾人联合会。全院开放床位约1,000余张,是全国规模较大、床位配置较集中的专业康复医疗机构之一。
China Rehabilitation Research Center (CRRC) / Beijing Bo’ai Hospital, established in 1988, is described as China’s first large-scale, tertiary Grade-A comprehensive hospital specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). Affiliated with the China Disabled Persons’ Federation (CDPF), it operates approximately 1,000+ beds, making it one of the largest specialized rehabilitation facilities in the country.

- 脊髓损伤康复科:国内较早成立的脊髓损伤专业康复科室,在截瘫、四肢瘫患者功能重塑、神经源性膀胱与肠道管理及骨骼肌肉重建方面有丰富经验。
Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Rehabilitation: One of the earliest dedicated SCI rehabilitation departments in China, with experience in functional restoration for paraplegia/tetraplegia, neurogenic bladder and bowel management, and musculoskeletal reconstruction. - 神经康复科:专注于脑卒中、颅脑外伤(TBI)、帕金森病及神经系统罕见病患者的运动、认知、言语与吞咽功能障碍恢复。
Neuro-rehabilitation: Focused on motor, cognitive, speech, and swallowing function recovery for stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Parkinson’s disease, and rare neurological conditions. - 儿童康复科:针对脑性瘫痪、自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)、发育迟缓等儿童神经发育障碍,采用"医教结合"及早期干预方法。
Pediatric Rehabilitation: Addresses cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and developmental delay through combined medical-educational and early-intervention approaches. - 骨与关节康复科及假肢矫形中心:具备假肢矫形装配与研发能力,在截肢患者定制假肢及骨折术后康复方面积累经验。
Orthopedic Rehabilitation & Prosthetics/Orthotics Center: Custom prosthetic fitting and R&D capability, with experience in post-amputation and post-fracture rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation Evaluation: 3D gait analysis systems, isokinetic muscle testing systems, neuro-electrophysiological diagnostic equipment, and urodynamic analyzers. - 智能康复机器人:下肢/上肢外骨骼康复机器人(如Lokomat)、经颅磁刺激(TMS)、虚拟现实(VR)康复训练系统。

病房条件 Ward Conditions
全院病房及公共区域按照无障碍设计标准建设,配备无障碍宽通道、无高差推拉门、防滑地面、无障碍卫生间及紧急呼叫/抓杆系统。病房划分为标准康复病房、脊髓损伤专科护理病房、重症康复监护病房(HDU)以及面向特需与国际患者的舒适病房。
Wards and public spaces are built to barrier-free design standards, with wide corridors, step-free sliding doors, non-slip flooring, accessible bathrooms, and emergency call/grab-bar systems. Wards include standard rehabilitation units, specialized spinal cord injury nursing units, High Dependency Units (HDU), and rooms for premium or international patients.
国际合作 International Collaboration
中国康复研究中心于1988年建院时,曾获得日本政府(JICA,日本国际协力机构)的资金援助与技术支持,是中日医疗卫生合作的代表性项目之一。医院长期与日本藤田医科大学(Fujita Health University)及多所日本康复医院保持人才互访、临床进修与联合学术研讨,并作为世界卫生组织(WHO)康复合作中心,参与康复相关国际标准的交流。
CRRC received grant aid, equipment, and technical support from the Japanese government via JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) at its founding in 1988, making it a notable project in Sino-Japanese medical cooperation. It maintains long-standing partnerships with Fujita Health University and other Japanese rehabilitation centers for personnel exchange and joint symposiums, and participates as a WHO Collaborating Center in the exchange of rehabilitation-related standards.
